We currently have a vacancy at our Durham Tees Valley Airport FBO facility for a part-time Operations Officer.

As an Operations Officer you will be the front line of our company. You will be in day to day contact with passengers and our visiting aircrew so a friendly, outgoing, professional manner is essential to maintain the high standard of customer service and dedication that our customers have come to expect.

Experience in corporate aviation, airline handling or operations will be an advantage but not essential, as being a team player, flexibility and commitment to service are the main  qualities we are looking for. In return we will offer a competitive salary, 28 days leave a year (or pro-rata for part-time) and the opportunity to be part of this ambitious, forward thinking company.

You will work a rotating shift pattern, seven days a week, covering 365 days a year and your main duties will involve aircraft handling, marshalling, fuel sales, flight planning, passenger escorting and making arrangements for hotel accommodation, hire car reservations and inflight catering requirements for our customers and to take part in our on-call coverage programme .

The successful candidate must hold a full, clean driving licence, be able to successfully pass a criminal record check to enable airside working and a five year checkable employment history or supply personal references for a 5 year period .
